Job Details
We are looking for a Data Services and Support Executive based in Vancouver to support Hub360D clients across North America. The role combines client support, database operations, email campaign assistance, and coordination with our technical and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works accurately with client data, and follows requests through to resolution. The position requires availability during North American business hours.
Key responsibilities:
Client support and relationship management
Serve as a point of contact for assigned Hub360D clients in North America.
Respond to client enquiries, service requests, and platform usage questions promptly and professionally.
Guide clients through Hub360D features, including contact management, email campaigns, forms, and reporting.
Support client onboarding and provide user training.
Track requests and keep clients informed until they are resolved.
Data services and campaign support
Assist with contact imports, data updates, segmentation, and database maintenance.
Check data files for completeness, formatting issues, and duplicates before processing.
Support the setup and review of email campaigns, forms, and related client activities.
Help clients understand campaign results, database growth, and platform reports.
Maintain accurate records of client requests, data changes, and completed work.
Technical coordination
Investigate reported issues, document findings, and escalate technical matters to the appropriate team.
Coordinate with product, development, and data teams on fixes, integrations, enhancements, and client requirements.
Test resolved issues and communicate outcomes to clients.
Identify recurring support issues and recommend improvements to workflows and user guidance.
Data privacy and professionalism
Handle client and guest data in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable privacy procedures.
Follow approved processes for data access, consent records, uploads, exports, and email communications.
Maintain the confidentiality of client information and account credentials.
Work effectively with colleagues across different time zones.
Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, marketing, data management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in client support, data operations, CRM, email marketing platforms, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including checking and preparing contact lists.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to investigate issues methodically, document findings, and coordinate their resolution.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests.
Familiarity with CRM systems, email campaign tools, database segmentation, or consent management is an advantage.
Experience supporting hospitality clients is an advantage.
Must be based in or willing to work from Vancouver and be authorised to work in Canada.
