As a Digital Marketing Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Meta ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn ads. Agency experience is preferred, and the candidate should be well-versed in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns that deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Meta ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn ads campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the client's objectives and budget.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, results, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance.
  • Ad Copy and Creative Development: Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare detailed reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our clients remain competitive in the digital landscape.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, SEO specialists, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategies.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Meta ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple digital marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
