We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically working with international clients. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, a proven track record in leading a team of digital marketers and possess in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels. The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, social media, and online advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers to drive successful campaigns for international clients.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  2. Client Management:
    • Independently handle client queries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Address ad-hoc client requests promptly and professionally.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and aligning digital strategies accordingly.
  3. Digital Strategy Development:
    • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of international clients.
    • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyse market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  4. SEO Expertise:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in SEO best practices, staying updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
    • Oversee the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  5. Online Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI

  1. Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Create and curate content that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on international clients.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a team of digital marketers.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement effective strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful social media and online advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
