We are looking for an ambitious and pioneering Manager based in our India office, to provide leadership to our rapidly growing Digital Transformation consulting practice. This role will drive sales and delivery while developing capabilities and growing a talented team of technologists.

Deep understanding of the Digital Ecosystem, robust experience in Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Innovation and you want to be a key player in this field.

Strong ability to create innovative Digital transformation strategy and to deliver and implement an operational solution that is customer-centric.

Passionate about influencing and scaling business and you can speak for hours about Customer Insight/Analytics, Customer Experience and the best approach to implement digital solutions.

Technology leader who diagnose complex business / technical challenges to implement innovative digital solutions with latest technologies. (e.g., Azure, AWS)

Successful track record of helping clients build their Digital vision and addressing their customer experience issues.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

8+ years of Management Consulting experience leading enterprise and application solution deliveries with a mastery of Agile project delivery.

Experience delivering large Customer Solution projects (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, customer insight)

Experience implementing medium and large scale cross functional solutions, solutions should be both business and technical focus

Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of custom development projects and complex client engagements

Experience with C-level client relationship building and management

Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Managed multiple project teams and oversee all aspects of the SDLC or solution implementation including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery

MBA or relevant graduate degree from a leading program preferred

Multi-national , multi-cultural exposure
