Job Details
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to
manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions at our Calicut
office. The ideal candidate should be proficient in HR processes, employee
engagement, compliance, office administration, and petty cash handling, while
also being familiar with modern automation tools and AI-driven HR
technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end
recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update
employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support performance
management processes, training coordination, and employee engagement
activities.
- Ensure compliance with
labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries
and support grievance handling professionally.
- Leverage automation platforms and AI-enabled HR tools for
screening, documentation, reporting, and workflow optimisation.
Administration
- Oversee office
administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Coordinate vendor
management, procurement, and asset management.
- Ensure smooth
functioning of the office and manage travel arrangements, office supplies,
and general administrative support.
- Maintain a safe, secure,
and efficient work environment.
- Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and timely reconciliation with
accuracy and transparency.
Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of
experience in HR & Administration.
- Strong understanding of
HR processes, statutory compliance, and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
and HR systems/tools.
- Ability to manage
multiple responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of the latest HR automation tools, digital
systems, and AI-enhanced platforms.
