Kindly note this position is exclusively for students and fresh graduates. Candidates with prior full-time work experience are not eligible for this role.

The Innovation Catalyst role is designed to identify, nurture, and develop early-stage talent with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, innovation, and emerging technologies. This role provides an opportunity to learn, experiment, and contribute to innovation and AI initiatives while working closely with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas

Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and disruptive concepts

Support AI and innovation initiatives through research, documentation, testing, and experimentation

Participate in ideation sessions, proof-of-concept development, and innovation labs

Assist in preparing basic AI prompts, workflows, and use cases under guidance

Explore and experiment with AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies

Contribute to creative problem-solving sessions for business and technology challenges

Present ideas, insights, and findings clearly to teams

Assist in creating prototypes, mock-ups, presentations, or concept documents

Document learnings, experiments, and outcomes effectively

Continuously upskill through internal training, mentorship, and self-learning

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) — completed or currently pursuing

Students, fresh graduates, or candidates with no prior full-time experience

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, innovation, and emerging technologies

Basic academic understanding or exposure to:
AI / Machine Learning concepts
Data, logic, or programming fundamentals

Willingness to learn AI, automation, and intelligent systems

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Self-motivated with a passion for creativity and continuous learning

 

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
Awareness of AI tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT or similar)
Participation in hackathons, innovation challenges, or academic projects
Online courses or certifications related to AI, ML, or data science
