Job Details

The Digital Platform Assistant needs to be acting as a fulcrum of customer support to enable a vital application platform for one of our clients. The position is initially for 6 months but with an opportunity for extension.

Key responsibilities:

The person should be responsible for contacting organisations to get their data updated on the system platform.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Bachelor's degree holder or studentship, the person should be a techno-commercial, Internet friendly person with active social media presence and good communication skills.  Arabic knowledge is an added advantage. Speaking skills, pleasant approach, error-free typing skills, html and mobile app friendliness, general awareness and inquisitiveness to changes in business ecosystem of Dubai are needed. Knowledge of the geography of Dubai is an added advantage.
