We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-Ordinator (Arabic Speaking) to support the successful execution of IT projects by coordinating communication, documentation, and operational activities between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, IT educated, capable of managing project-related communications, organizing project documentation, and ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are tracked effectively. This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment supporting multiple innovative IT projects simultaneously.
Project coordination
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment between project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, sprint plans, and progress tracking reports.
Support project managers in monitoring deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
Coordinate closely with development, QA, design, and infrastructure teams to ensure tasks are executed as per project plans.
Facilitate the translation of business requirements into clear tasks for technical teams, ensuring proper understanding and execution.
Track development progress, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure issues or blockers are escalated in a timely manner.
Assist in coordinating testing cycles, bug tracking, and release readiness with QA and development teams.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of tasks within project management systems such as Jira.
Client and stakeholder communication
Act as a coordination point for communication between Arabic-speaking clients and internal project teams.
Translate or assist in interpreting communications, documentation, and meeting discussions where required.
Participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
Documentation and reporting
Maintain organized project documentation, files, and records.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates.
Ensure project documents are properly updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Operational support
Assist in coordinating resources, logistics, and administrative aspects related to project activities.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Support project planning, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Quality and compliance
Ensure project documentation follows internal standards and processes.
Support compliance with project governance and reporting requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling project information.
