Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end testing activities, from requirement analysis and test case creation to automation and regression execution. Knowledge of Katalon Studio will be considered an added advantage.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases and test scenarios

Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools

Develop and maintain automation test scripts

Execute regression suites and ensure application stability

Perform API and database validation testing

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams

Prepare test reports and status updates

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Manual Testing

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing

Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases

Knowledge of defect lifecycle and bug tracking tools

Automation Testing

Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar automation tools

Good understanding of automation frameworks

Added Advantage

Knowledge or hands-on experience with Katalon Studio will be considered a plus

Experience in API automation testing

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Experience in test reporting tools

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum experience : 4-5Years
