We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our team at our Trivandrum office. 

 As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a professional impression while supporting administrative and operational functions within a dynamic IT environment.

Key responsibilities:

Manage front office operations and greet clients and visitors with professionalism

Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence efficiently

Coordinate meetings, calendars, and conference room schedules

Support HR activities as assigned from time to time

Assist HR and operations teams with administrative support functions as assigned

Support internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Freshers and those up to 2 years of experience

Graduates of any discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional and pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities
