Job Details

We need a dynamic, trained and experienced person on board as a champion of digital projects we undertake to big clients. Some of the projects would be years long and so would demand maturity and persistence to work with changing business scenarios while maintaining the profitability of the project.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end project management
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

• Proven work experience as a Digital Services Project manager
• Knowledge of Digital solutions domain
• Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and AtTask
• Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
• Excellent English
• Presentable
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Communication and team management skills
• BSc / BTech in Computer Science, project management or relevant field
• PMP or other Project management certification
• More than 5 years of project management experience
