The Technology Project Manager has the two-fold role of securing and
delivering services and solutions. The Project Manager will be involved in
pre-sales activities to ensure that service commitments are attainable and
profitable. Likewise, the existing technology team will report to the Project
Manager and will be charged with delivery of Timesworld’s multiple solutions in
a timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner.

Managing multiple Business and IT teams.
Lead cross-functional, multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams
Represent Timesworld on Project Steering Committees with customers while
managing project board and stakeholders
Evaluate and Implement solutions based on business requirement and latest
technologies
To ensure smooth coordination within teams in order to deliver quality solutions
within agreed timelines and cost.
Create and maintain departmental staffing plans, organizational chart, budgets,
and other appropriate departmental documentation
Establish objectives for team members and provide measurable results against the
established objectives
Provide strong project management expertise, manage demand management, govern
ongoing projects, conduct status update meetings. The candidate exercises direct
accountability for multiple projects at one-time, hence coordinating with
respective technology project managers and business team is crucial.
Conduct requirement workshops, arrive design solutions aligned with technology
strategy, document and communicate the requirements with the stakeholders
Manage change requests, enhancements and defects by providing solutions,
recommendations and cost estimates. Has a strong vigor to manage and negotiate
scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost and quality
aspects.
Experience and Requirements:
10 years management experience, at least 3 years at senior level.
Knowledge of data migration and system integration methodologies
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of generally accepted consulting techniques, methods,
processes, and practices
Ability to construct/maintain a departmental budget and manage projects
accordingly
Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to travel
Handle projects and managing projects experience
Programming knowledge (desirable).
Experience in working with Project Management tools.
Education:
B.Tech., M.Tech in Information Technology or related subject
PMP certification (must)
