Timesworld has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications, the internationally recognized standards that ensures that their products and services meet the global standards. The certification covers the offices located in the UAE and India for the scope of “Provision of Information Security Services for Data management, Research & Consulting, Applications Design & Development, Digital Transformation Advisory.” 

ISO 27001:2013 is one of the most widely recognised information security standards developed to provide organisations with a framework for establishing processes for implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing and improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The standard considers not only Information Technology but encompasses the entire business operation, including its people, processes and technology, assures the robustness and quality of the company’s risk management processes to information security. 

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is the assurance that we have robust, clearly defined procedures in place in all our business areas such as R&D, risk management, handling of documents, data and strong business continuity processes. ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products and a strong service delivery that meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements whilst enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
