Taking place from 28-30 September 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, Ru’ya brings together talented young Emiratis and leading employers for three inspiring days of networking, skill-building and career opportunities, while fostering creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Celebrating 25 years of empowering Emirati talent, Ru’ya has evolved beyond a traditional career fair into a dynamic platform connecting UAE Nationals with employers, career opportunities and experiences designed to develop skills, confidence and entrepreneurial thinking. The 2026 edition will bring together more than 120 organisations across 23+ industries, alongside workshops, competitions and interactive experiences.
